        Rafael and Mike discussed the trip to Albany, about 6 members attended from the OCLA - The Disadvantages of Rent Control Talking points:

                         

                       - Reduces Housing Authorits

                       - Harms Investors

                       - Reduces Maintenance on Existing Properties

                       - High Administrative Costs

                       - Decrease Property Tax Revenue

                       - Higher Entry Costs
