Discussion:  New law for rentals:  Landlords should have right to know background of tenant - Under new law cannot ask for eviction history, ability to pay rent?, if been in prison.

​

Can't have tenant pay more than $20 application fee.

​

Can only ask for security and one month's rent.

​
